COVID Update

The health and wellbeing of our staff and customers are our top priority and therefore we will be taking extra precautions when delivering our blooms to you.

We will be limiting contact for all our deliveries so please don’t be offended if we place your order on a table (businesses) or on the floor (residential) for you to collect. This precaution is necessary and is in the best interest for us, as well as you. Our staff remain healthy and adopt the strictest hygiene regime.

We will be monitoring the situation closely and aim to keep Bloom Squad running as normal as possible.

What days do you deliver?
We're currently delivering Tuesday - Saturday.

What if my suburb isn't in your delivery zone?
We are always expanding our delivery network so if you would like flowers delivered to a suburb that isn't currently available, please feel free to get in contact with us and we will do our best to accommodate. You can contact us at bloomsquad.melbourne@gmail.com

Can I order in advanced?
Yes, you can order for up to 2 months ahead - just simply pick the delivery date you want.

What is the order cut-off time?
This one is a bit of a tricky one as it is a little different depending on the day. This is because market days are Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

To make it easy:

What happens if no one is home to accept the flowers?
Due to COVID-19 restrictions all deliveries must be contactless, therefore we will leave all flowers on the doorstep. Whoever placed the order will be notified by email or text, depending on what contact information was provided at the time of ordering.

What if I forgot to add a note for my flower delivery?
Please email us ASAP on bloomsquad.melbourne@gmail.com - we will do our best to include this with your order.

What if my delivery is for an apartment?
Please provide a contact number for the recipient when placing the order. If we're unable to get into the building or make contact with the recipient the order will be taken back to our HQ in Mernda. Please contact us to arrange an alternate delivery.
